Company Director
Katie Williams is the founder and BAS Agent of The Vault Bookkeeping Pty Ltd, a practice dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs.
Her business vision? "To Help You Build Financial Foundations for Success and Business Freedom".
Her Passion
With a passionate team, Katie specialises in supporting businesses in building and construction, allied health, retail, and hospitality sectors through purpose-driven bookkeeping.
Her Beliefs
Katie believes that business should offer flexibility and freedom, allowing owners to enjoy holidays and life balance.
Her approach emphasises understanding numbers, improving cash flow, and creating operations that work around individual lifestyles. By leveraging her expertise in software, compliance, and financial management, she helps clients unlock their potential and achieve the freedom they desire.

In addition to client work, Katie is committed to advancing the bookkeeping profession. She mentors aspiring bookkeepers and assists current BAS Agents in modernising and scaling their practices, particularly those preparing for retirement.
Her enthusiasm for technology drives her to explore innovative apps and AI solutions that simplify operations for bookkeepers and their clients.
Her Achievements
As the ICB Network Facilitator for the Hunter, Katie collaborates with apps like Buildxact and Karbon and serves on the ATO E-invoicing panel.
Recognised as the inaugural LUCA Award Bookkeeper of the Year and Network Leader of the Year for 2024, Katie is a driving force in the pursuit of business freedom!

Olivia is the leader of organisation behind the scenes as well as facilitating and managing our Virtual Assistant and Social Media services.
Katrina Roxby
BAS Agent & Bookkeeper
Katrina joined The Vault in September 2023 and brings extensive experience in trade-industry bookkeeping.
She is currently working toward her BAS Agent registration and is a highly valued member of the team, known for her accuracy and dedication to client success
Donna March
Bookkeeper
Donna has been part of The Vault since 2020 and brings over 30 years of experience in banking and lending.
She focuses on supporting Micro clients, helping them stay compliant and organised while freeing up their time to focus on what they do best.
Josie Taylor
Bookkeeper
Josie joined in June 2023 and is a qualified bookkeeper. Her enthusiasm for the construction sector and commitment to supporting trade clients makes her an essential part of the firm.
